Derek’s leadership is defined by his “do it right the first time” philosophy, combining traditional trade skills with modern solutions to meet today’s building standards.
Derek values teamwork, safety, and honest communication. He leads by example, ensuring every project reflects the integrity and reliability that have become the company’s foundation. When he’s not on-site, he enjoys spending time with family and exploring the beauty of Vancouver Island.
